Job Description

Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – New Grads Welcome!

With over 50 years of success, our non-profit facilities in Boston offer residential services, day habilitation, behavioral health services, employment training, transitional homeless services, affordable housing, and substance use and recovery services. Join us as we expand our teams by adding nurse practitioners into both our adult-only and family programs!

Location:

  • Non-profit
  • Outpatient counseling center
  • Boston Suburbs

Compensation:

  • $115,000 - $155,000
  • Full health, vision, and dental benefits
  • Up to 37 days paid time off (including your birthday!)

Shift:

  • Full time, permanent
  • Days only, make your own hours
  • NO evenings, NO weekends, NO call

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostic intakes, treatment plans
  • Prescribe medication and review medication regimen
  • Monitoring for referral to MD for follow up and consultation
  • Medical assistance and assessment on a consultative and emergency basis
  • Family case consultation

Job Requirements


Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Mental Health
  • Must have a federal DEA number and MA prescriber registration
  • Must have 2 years of experience in a full-time mental health setting
  • (New graduate NPs with relevant exposure as an RN welcome to apply)
