Job Summary:


L ead the Occupational Therapy Section in the provision of state-of-the-art, pediatric, interdisciplinary, occupational therapy services. Actively contributes to the department’s vision of a “whole team for a whole child” and follows the hospital’s mission.

  • Supervision of OT section
  • Program Development and evaluation
  • Assisting in department leadership and c ollaboration with section chiefs toward fulfilling Vision of “Whole Team for a Whole Child”
  • Patient care
  • Special projects
  • Indirect patient care services

Job Requirements

What we need from you:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in OT required.
  • 8 years clinical experience as a pediatric OT is required.
  • 1 year management / supervisor experience preferred.
  • Current Illinois License OTR and Registered required
  • Active member of AOTA, IOTA preferred
  • Pediatric hospital OT experience preferred.
  • Early Intervention credential preferred.
  • CPR required:  Only certifications issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross will be accepted.
