Job Description

Full-time Position (3:00pm - 11:00pm, rotating weekends & Holidays)

  • Provide service to patients and families and is responsible for registering and admitting.
  • Provide support to patient and families seen in the outpatient clinic.
  • Provide referrals for services and assisting familiies in accessing identified resources.
  • Coordinate clinic charges, scheduling appointments and assist with record keeping and statistical information.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.  College degree preferred.
  • Administrative experience required.  Hospital registration/scheduling experience preferred.
  • Computer experience with Windows and data base programs required.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills and telephone courtesy required. 
  • Ability to maintains composure and confidence during high stress situations and possesses a pleasant, professional demeanor at all times required.
  • Ability to be precise and accurate while concentrating on details required.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
