Job Description/Summary

Responsible for all product costing and inventory accounting for TX Plant, including maintaining accurate perpetual inventory records and production reporting.  Position requires interaction with all levels of personnel at Texas facility as well as Corporate office.

Essential Functions                                                                                                                          

  1. •Maintain accurate perpetual inventory balances for all Texas locations, including main plant, warehouse, and any outside warehouses as applicable.  
  2. •Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly production and general plant performance reports. 
  3. •Maintain accurate, fully costed bills of material for all WIP and finished goods inventory.
  4. •Requires accurate and timely reporting of all plant production.                                      
  5. •Requires accurate and timely reporting of all plant labor.                                               
  6. •Plan, coordinate, and conduct annual physical inventory for Texas facilities.        
  7. •Work with third party warehouse contacts to coordinate annual physical inventory and update to perpetual. 
  8.  Miscellaneous ad-hoc reporting as requested.

Required Education and Experience

Associate's Degree required, bachelor degree preferred

Three to 5 years related experience in a multi-site, manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

Office environment is a controlled atmosphere building, as well as a manufacturing environment exposed to dust, odors, and noise.
