Job Description

Residing within the Sales organization and reporting to the Sr. Director – Growth, Strategy & Business Operations, the Sr. Manager – Business Operations will create an operational structure focused on process-efficiencies to drive business growth across Verticals at Lasko.


  • Partners with the Sales Management and Inside Sales functions to identify areas of improvement and take corrective measures through development and implementation of day-to-day processes that support business growth

  • Implement Market Development program for the B2B channel that incentivizes customer growth and standardizes pricing based on performance levels

  • Automate customer pricing in ERP system (QAD). As part of the process, identify and implement Quotation tool to create customer specific quotes for large opportunities. Work with sales, customer support and order-entry to drive implementation and usage

  • Identify and implement usage of CRM tool (like Salesforce) to track opportunities through the Spec-Bid-Buy process. Work with the sales team to drive adoption and usage. Create metrics to drive performance and accountability

  • Alleviate B2B channel customer order fulfillment challenges through improved forecasting and pro-active cross-functional coordination between the Sales and Operations teams

  • Identify and create appropriate KPI dashboards that provide insight and drive behavior

  • Ability to manage complex projects and execute from conceptualization to implementation

  • Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do the work required for success

  • High energy level with an ability to excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment



  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales/Business Operations with a focus on process improvements

  • Experience driving measurable improvement in performance

  • Advanced skills in MS Office, Business Intelligence (ex. IBM Cognos) & CRM (ex. Salesforce) tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management or a related field
