Business Development - Recruiting Firm - Virtual Opportunity

Job Description

At NorthPoint Search Group, we have developed an innovative recruiting model for experienced recruiting professionals who fall into one of the two groups:
(A) Recruiters who are currently out on their own, but miss the teamwork and split business opportunity that comes with working with a team of recruiters.
(B) Recruiters who are currently with a search firm (National, Regional, or Boutique), but want more autonomy, greater flexibility, and a more attractive payout while still having a resource-rich environment.
Our recruiting model provides an entrepreneurial environment while at the same time offering a motivated team of recruiters to do splits with. Our most successful producers are heavily reliant on their team members to make placements. The majority of our placements involve two recruiting professionals. Most of our recruiters have targeted niches that they focus on, but realize they earn more money and make more placements when they support each other as well.
We have Virtual Recruiters / Account Executives that support our client base which includes the Southeast to the Midwest from Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Ohio, and Illinois.
As a Virtual Recruiter on our team, you can live anywhere and still work our geographic markets. You will have the opportunity to build both clients and your network of candidates. Additionally, our firm gives you the opportunity to build both a direct hire (perm) as well as contract book of business. You will have two revenue streams of income available to you which will further stabilize your income and growth potential.
In addition to our high split ratio and high commission payout, our resources include all of the following:

  • Unlimited Job Postings on Careerbuilder and indeed.
  • Access to our private database of over 300,000 hiring managers.
  • Access to our proprietary candidate profile database with almost 1,000,000 candidate profiles and growing daily. You will love this tool as you can find the corporate mailing address, corporate email address, and corporate phone number instantly for the candidates and hiring managers you are searching for.
  • Access to over 1,000,000 Resumes of (e.g., many of these candidates are “orphaned” and can be owned outright).
  • Access to Continuous training from Barbara Bruno’s Top Producer Tutor.
  • Administrative team which supports all IT, Accounting, and Administrative functions including invoicing and collections.
  • Access to a virtual desktop with MS Office
  • Flexible Work Arrangement (Work from Home Office and unlimited PTO Plan)

Compensation Offering:
  • 50% Commission Payout

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years Recruiting Experience in an Agency Environment
  • Full-Desk Experience (Ability to both business develop and source candidates)
  • Must be Self-Motivated - This is where the motivated come to be rewarded.
  • Positive Mental Attitude, Strong ethics, and must be a team player
