Responsibilities:
  • Support the legal department
  • Prepare and revise legal documents
  • Maintain and file documents
  • Organize meetings, manage calendars and schedule travel arrangements
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Maintain corporate minute books

Requirements:
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project
  • Type at least 80 wpm
  • Previous experience in an in-house legal department
