Prime-Time Service Coordinator

MaintenX International is a fully licensed, general contracting company with a focus on total facility maintenance and repair.  We are looking for a Prime-Time Service Coordinator to dispatch and manage Service Technicians and Business Partners (Subcontrators) during the evening, overnight and weekend hours to provide emergency service repair work to our Customers. We are looking for candidates with a strong sense of independent judgement and excellent decision making skills. Candidate should also have the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment, have a high sense of urgency and be able to effectively communicate with our customers. This position will report to the Directors of National Service and assist in any special projects as needed.

The Prime-Time Service Coordinator should feel comfortable working in both a team environment and independently. At MaintenX, our customers rely on us to keep their business running 24/7 and our Prime-Time Service Coordinators are an integral part of ensuring that we meet and exceed this expectation. In this critical support role, the Prime-Time Service Coordinator will be trusted to use their experience and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

You will need to be able to work evenings, overnights, and weekends. This is an After Hours position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Entering and dispatching emergency calls (work orders) to Service Technicians/Business Partners
  • Ensuring Customers are updated on the status of the emergency work order at all times
  • Updating MaintenX Work Order Management System and Customer Web Portals
  • Managing Service Technicians and Business Partners onsite times and costs incurred to stay within the Customer given not to exceed amount.
  • Entering purchase orders into MaintenX Work Order Management System
  • Uploading quotes into Customer Web Portals
  • Running various daily reports
  • Providing a summary of work orders managed to the day time Regional Service Coordinators

Prime-Time Service Coordinator

Successful candidates for the role of Prime-Time Service Coordinator are highly motivated individuals. Our Prime-Time Service Coordinators are knowledgeable and go above and beyond in providing a high level of customer service for our customers.

Additional requirements of the Prime-Time Service Coordinator:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years’ experience in customer service environment.
  • Dispatching, Call Center or Facilities maintenance experience preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to work a rotating evening, overnight and weekend schedule. Evening shifts between 3pm-7am Monday-Friday and all hours Saturday and Sunday.

Compensation: $18-$22 hourly based on experience
