Accounts Receivable Follow Up

Do you want to work for a multi-practice physician group, specializing in Otolaryngology, Allergy, Audiology, and Facial Plastics. This company provides the highest quality care while being clinically- and cost efficient. The physicians of this company provide a variety of care across the entire spectrum of ENT medicine and surgery.

Location: Scottsdale

Pay: 15-18.00- Depending on years of experience



Job Responsibilities of Accounts Receivable Follow Up

  • Manage accounts receivables
  • Call insurance companies or patients to follow-up on outstanding claims, and resolve EOB discrepancies.
  • In this role they will touch all payers but will probably be focused on a few such as Medicare, BCBS, Medicaid, Preferred One, and UHC
  • Work with modifiers, denials, and appeals
  • Handle about 35+ claims/day
  • Work off Centricity EMR



Must Have Skills of an Accounts Receivable Follow Up

  • 2 years + recent healthcare A/R experience
  • Experience working with a variety of payers
  • Comfortable on a computer
