Bilingual Billing Admin

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Type: Permanent with full benefits

The Bilingual Billing Admin:

  • Responsible for a variety of office support and/or administrative duties
  • Composes, updates and reviews a variety of standard documents and correspondence, relaying and resolving routine telephone and/or walk-up inquiries, schedules calendar items and meetings, processes forms, performing data entry, and establishes and maintains personnel records.

The Bilingual Billing Admin will:

  • Answers department phone, distributes correspondence and collections of payments.
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars of pertinent personnel.
  • Responsible for collecting and maintaining attorney requests for payment and itemized billing statements.
  • Backup support for the billing department, working special assignments and spreadsheets.
  • Administrative duties will be split between the Customer Service Department and Billing Department as needed.
  • Clerical duties as assigned, including typing, filing, faxing, mailings, copying and data entry.
  • Maintains and updates the department phone list.

Required Qualifications of a Bilingual Billing Admin:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • 1-2 years of Billing and/or Healthcare Customer Service Experience
  • Customer Service Aptitude
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency
