Bilingual Help Desk

6 month contract with possibility for extension

Vernon Hills, IL

Not able to provide sponsorship for now or in the future

Our client is the largest manufacturing and distributing client of medical based supplies and equipment across the country. They are looking to add to their team due to growth and need additional support for the next 6 months, with a big possibility of extension with great work! This bilingual help desk analysis will be responsible for assisting end users over the phone and by email.

Qualifications to apply:

  • Previous experience providing customer service or help desk support
  • Proficient in Spanish and English
  • Experience resetting passwords in Active Directory
  • Ability to troubleshoot email issues
  • Previous experience troubleshooting printer connectivity issues
  • Familiar with working with troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
  • Ability to work highly with Microsoft
  • Experience working through an inventory tracking system
  • Experience assisting end users with internet browser issues
  • Familiar with working with a ticketing system and Active Directory
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite issues
  • Experience working with connectivity issues with tools, devices, remote support
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in technical field (BONUS)
  • Strong team player

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting end users over the phone and over email with their application issues related to order history, payments, recall, etc
  • Supplying superior customer service in English and Spanish
  • Walk end users through internet browser issues
  • Navigate with a double monitor
  • Providing over the phone support to customers and end users on technical issues
  • Working through inventory tracking system
  • Resetting password and granting access to files with Active Directory
  • Escalating services when needed
  • Working with a ticketing system
  • Supporting customers with inventory and web based ordering functions
  • High call volume
  • Operating in a team setting in help desk support
