Charity Care Representative (Patient Financial Counselor/Financial Eligibility Rep)

Job Duties:
- Approve or deny Charity Care applications tn ensure compliance with NJ Regulations
- Accurately update accounts into the system
- Process accounts timely for those needing CC voids, or Medicaid Apps from vendors
- Perform timely follow up on accounts needing FD80's, UR certs, or Medicaid approvals from vendors
- Work and resolve all summit flags in the que
- Check and respond to emails /voicemails regularly

- Experience with Patient Financial Services and Charity Care
