The customer service representative will:

  • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound/outbound phone calls, creating/receiving/processing support desk tickets, providing end user training and other Level I help desk support functions in a call center environment while accessing and/or entering information in multiple databases.

The Customer Service Position will consist of:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in a timely manner, maintaining HealthBI's motto of providing World Class service.; verify caller information; diagnose and resolve customer's issues
  • Educate clients on product(s) by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
  • Utilize company policies, procedures and professional judgement to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if the issue requires managerial input
  • Process customer tickets submitted through JIRA ticketing system; update ticket status in an accurate and timely manner; route tickets to other departments as needed
  • Accurately record details of customer contacts and actions taken into respective database; maintain and update customer records
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; proactively recommend improved procedures
  • Maintain product and industry knowledge by studying new product descriptions, attending required training, and participating in educational opportunities
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on one or more of HealthBI's customer platforms
  • Host adhoc client calls via WebEx platform as needed to view or display information to diagnose and resolve customer issues

The Requirements of this of this customer service representative:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
