Job Summary: The incumbent will act as first contact with employees in the issue resolution process. Independently makes decisions/recommendations on appropriate levels of investigations regarding sensitive employee matters and employment law issues. Provides advice and counsel to all levels of management on policy/procedures. Acts as a thought partner with members of human resources and legal teams.


Pay offered: $18.00-$20.00/hour + Full Benefits, PTO, and Weekly Pay


Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Rep role include:

  • Manages inbound calls within the call center for majority of the shift; balances remainder of the day by managing the documentation intake process with colleagues to ensure timely case management of the reasonable accommodations process.
  • Takes, and responds to, inbound calls from colleagues related to current or new cases in connection to requested accommodations.
  • Must be able to multitask using a case management system.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to switch from one responsibility to another frequently throughout the day.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of employment law, employee relations practices and project planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent follow-up/attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
  • Computer skills - Word, Excel, PeopleSoft or similar payroll/benefits system
  • 3-5 years HR experience
