Job Description

Job Title: Patient Accounts Representative

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Pay: $15-$17/hr.

Location: Broomfield

We are looking for people who want a long term opportunity with the ability to move up within our organization. We are seeking individuals that are outgoing, detail oriented and comfortable speaking with patients over the phone. Job Description:

  • Employees will be contacting patients about overdue bills and accounts
  • Individuals are expected to provide a high level of customer service to the patient
  • Collecting past due medical bills from patients who have many varying financial situations, medical collectors can commonly offer payment assistance


  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spansh is beneficial but not required
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to handle tough conversations
  • Out-going
  • Healthcare experience is preferred but not required
