Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Location: Broomfield, CO

Pay: $14-$18/hr (Dependent on experience)

Schedule: 8am-5pm

We are looking for Medical Self-pay collectors to join one of the leading healthcare organizations in the Colorado area. This is a full time entry level position that offers competitive pay, 401K, full benefits, PTO, longevity and upward growth opportunities. We are looking for hard working, driven individuals with great customer service experience who want to take the next step in their career.

Job Description:
-These employees will be contacting patients about overdue bills and accounts - Primarily done via telephone contact

-Although the main priority is to collect on the account, this person is expected to provide a high level of customer service to the patient.

-Collecting past due medical bills from patients who have many varying financial situations, medical collectors can commonly offer payment assistance or create individually tailored payment plans unique to a person's financial situation in order to facilitate payment.

Requirements:
-1-2+ years customer service experience (Healthcare experience highly preferred)
-Call center experience or experience handling a high call volume
-High School diploma or GED
