Healthcare Scheduler - Call Center

Job Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Call Cenetr Scheduler, you will be responsible for answering, researching, and resolving customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a fast-paced, healthcare call center environment.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Answering continuous calls to schedule patient appointments
  • Utilizing empathy and compassion to aid the patient/customer
  • Maintaining professionalism to represent the company in a positive way

Healthcare Scheduler - Call Center

Requirements: Successful candidates for the Scheduler role must have quality experience in a call center environment. Someone with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills would be a good fit for this dynamic customer service role. Healthcare experience is not required but preferred.

Additional requirements of the Healthcare Scheduler Role include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 - 5 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Experience in a call center or healthcare industry, preferred
