Help Desk Technician

Nashville, TN

3 Month Contract to Hire

Are you a Help Desk or Desktop Support Technician looking for your next opportunity? Some of the Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving inbound calls from end users which include hospital staff, admin, doctors, nurses, etc
  • Work with a ticketing system and receive incoming tickets
  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 help desk support
  • Work on a team of 30+ individuals
  • Be responsible for providing support over the phone and remotely
  • Escalate tickets when needed
  • Assist in password resets, account set up and creation
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity issues
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Work heavily in MS Suite
  • Must be able to follow detailed instructions, follow SLA/metrics
  • Provide support in Office 365

Typical Requirements to apply:

  • Previous 1-2 years minimum experience providing Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical support
  • Previous experience providing support in person, over the phone, or remotely
  • Exposure to troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity issues
  • Has worked with various ticketing systems, ServiceNow (Bonus)
  • Ability to work various shifts Monday-Friday
  • Previous healthcare exposure (Bonus)
  • Ability to answer up to 40 calls a day
  • Strong customer service skills
