We are seeking a Case Manager for our Fortune 500 Medical Company in Lewisville, TX..

If you are looking for a role where you can grow and build on your current medical skill set, then this is the role for you. In this Case Manager role we need a talent that has solid skills working in a fast paced call center environment, working with the registration and benefits for new and existing patients. . A dependable, self starter that can work multiple systems, including EMRs, insurance verification and prior authorization. Candidates would be working independently to updating insurance information, process applications for medications, and working complex customer issues.

Must Haves:

  • Medical registration, front desk or insurance verification experience
  • Strong customer service skills in a call center setting
  • The ability to work with patients, physicians and other medical staff
  • Availability to work 8 hours a day Monday - Friday 8am-8pm
