Medical Receptionist (Medical Front Desk/ Medical Office Secretary)


Job Responsibilities

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing great customer service in person and over the phone by providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.

Additional responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for patient check in, check-out of approximately 100 patients
  • Scheduling for approximately 25 physicians
  • Performing insurance verifications, collection of referrals, and co-pays


Medical Receptionist (Medical Front Desk/ Medical Office Secretary)



Requirements include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Terminology knowledge
  • EMR and Excel Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist / secretary role, preferred
