Member Services Representative


Full-time opportunity with a growing healthplan located in Watertown, MA. Looking to hire multiple member service representatives to start ASAP. Please apply with your resume. Any healthcare customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Detailed descreption below:


Location : Watertown, MA

Pay: $17/hour

Shift: Flexible - 40 hours/week


Description:

  • Responding to a high volume of incoming telephone calls from members

  • You will be handling up to 40-50+ incoming calls per day. They are back to back calls

  • Potential Weekend shifts (anywhere from 8am-8pm timeframe)

  • Attendance is key. to ensure appropriate phone queue coverage, as a call center we depend on our staff to be on the phones promptly at the start of their shift and to adhere to their provided schedule

  • In a call center, we assign schedules (including lunch/breaks) according to business needs

  • Call center monitoring expectations - calls are recorded, both audio and video are recorded to ensure compliance and present opportunities for coaching

  • Professionalism - Proper grammar, usage of email, dress code, communication abilities is expected at all times (including out of the call center

  • Opportunity for overtime may be available
