Medix is currently seeking a skilled Technician Support Representative for an exciting job opportunity with one of our top technology clients in Downtown Chicago.



The primary responsibilities for this Technical Support Representative opportunity will include:

  • Providing dedicated technical troubleshooting of the proprietary software/applications

  • Providing analysis, repair, and reporting related to Microsoft Word documents

  • Conducting checkpoints with clients to ensure all technical issues are resolved

  • Communicating with and offering exceptional customer service to clients



Required Experience / Qualifications :

  • Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite

  • Prior use of a ticketing system, preferably Jira

  • XML or VBA is a plus

  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically within Microsoft Word

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Ability to offer exceptional customer service

  • College degree prefered

  • A minimum of 12 months professional experience



Location: Downtown Chicago

Annual compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 with a 10% bonus
