We are currently seeking Bilingual Call Center Representatives to join our West Indianapolis team. 


Summary:

Responsible for answering incoming candidate/employee calls, utilizing company policies to solve employee issues and directing calls to the team when necessary. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for employee’s issues, with a commitment to the caller satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.



Essential Functions/Job Specific: 


  • Answer incoming employee phone calls in English and Spanish and take appropriate action for each call
  • Verify the employee availability for placement/assignment
  • Transfer call to the appropriate department, recruiting, payroll, sales, HR, etc.
  • Maintain employee satisfaction based on explicit criteria set forth by Morales
  • Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to an employee issue or if that issue requires managerial input
  • Input data into the company applicant tracking system (TempWorks) to keep each employee record updated
  • Answer text messages from mass texting campaigns

During low incoming calls volume you may be responsible to:
  • Confirm employees starting assignment the next day
  • Confirm orientation appointments
  • Call employees from recent ended assignments to reassign
  • Call employees recently deactivated to reapply
  • Fill asap orders as needed

Job Requirements


  • Must bilingual in Spanish and English 
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education, a plus
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • General knowledge of clerical routines, office systems, and procedures
  • Exceptional telephone skills and etiquette
  • Computer proficiency and excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Knowledge of and experience with computer hardware and software, a plus
