We're currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Chino, CA team!

Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Responsible for some accounting tasks such as accounts Payable (A/P) and receivable (A/R), as well as entering time cards for payroll
  • Responsible for some reporting to include journal entries
  • Responsible for credit card reconciliation
  • Various data entry and file management
  • Various tasks working with Excel worksheets
  • Administrative support for up to three to five managers
  • Assisting with on-boarding new personnel
  • Answering phones and greeting guests and visitors                             
  • Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable
  • This position will be based at a Company designated office

Job Requirements


• 2-5 years contracting or construction office background 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
• Proficient with payroll entries 
• Experience with Oracle based software preferred 
• Logic with numbers 
• Ability to problem solve 
• Ability to support multiple managers 
• Positive attitude and team player 
• Self-starter 
• Punctual 
• Reliable 

Salary commensurate with experience.
