Executive Assistant, CEO Office

Full Time, FTE: 1; 
Administration Center
Fairfield, CA

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing administrative and office management support to the President/CEO & NorthBay Healthcare Corporation Board of Directors.  This position requires the ability to possess excellent communication and diplomatic skills, ability to work independently, high attention to detail, and most importantly, the ability to maintain confidentiality due to the nature of the business conducted within the CEO Office and divisions of the organization.



Education: 

1. High school diploma required. 
2. College and/or business college coursework preferred.

Experience/Skills: 

  1. Minimum three years Executive Assistant level experience required.
  2. High attention to details
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Dictaphone skills, and computer knowledge 
  4. Good judgment skills
  5. Ability to take minutes; compose letters and reports, meet deadlines
  6. Ability to prioritize projects; excellent phone skills
  7. Knowledge of office equipment and technology
  8. Ability to demonstrate dependability, reliability and confidentiality 
  9. Possess efficient time management skills

Interpersonal Skills:

  1. Ability to communicate effectively, pleasantly and diplomatically at all levels, both internally and externally.
  2. Ability to deal effectively with change and provide support to multiple managers.
  3. Ability to demonstrate dependability, reliability and confidentiality.
  4. Possesses efficient time-management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
