Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Corporate Recruiter)

Job Summary:

Partners with operations hiring manager for full service recruitment support. Participates in developing and initiating oval recruitment, recruitment planning and strategy brand. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to understand candidate requirements and establishes effective and creative sourcing initiatives. Responsible for fostering and cultivating relationships with key candidates and talent pools for just in time critical sourcing and strategic long-term pipeline development. Partners with operation’s managers for the entire recruitment, offer, onboarding and hiring process.



Education

  1. Bachelors degree preferred, preferably in Human Resources or related field or equivalent level of combined education and experience. 
  2. College level coursework in HR, current national certification in HR (PHR/SPHR, SHRM) or Healthcare Recruitment (CHCR) strongly preferred.

Experience/Skills:  

  1. Five (5) years professional/technical recruiting / sourcing experience with proven success metrics, either in-house or agency. 
  2. Two (2) years of Hospital/Healthcare experience strongly preferred. 
  3.  Experience with and knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection and candidate assessment techniques 
  4. Intermediate or advanced level experience with using electronic media, social networking, internet research, candidate mining, and professional organizations to source candidates and build talent pipelines 
  5. Must have substantial prior experience using fully automated applicant systems.
  6. The highest discipline regarding confidentiality. 
  7. High attention to detail and accuracy. 
  8. Ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple projects in a busy office environment essential. 
  9.
