Job Description

Objetivo Principal
Dar soporte a la base en todos sus procesos administrativos, realizar los diferentes trámites que se requieran adelantar en la ciudad de Neiva por parte de las diferentes áreas funcionales de la compañía.

Gestionar y documentar todos los procesos de compra de las requisiciones que se generen al interior de la compañía. 
 
Principales Responsabilidades

  • Registro de los reembolsos de gastos del personal operativo en ADCI.
  • Manejo de la caja menor de la base
  • Diligenciamiento de los formatos y documentos requeridos previos a la contratación de un nuevo funcionario.
  • Afiliación a la EPS y Caja de compensación del personal nuevo de la compañía.
  • Obtención de información solicitada por las diferentes áreas de la compañía, Finanzas, Operaciones, Recursos Humanos.
  • Seguimiento y control a las horas trabajadas, diligenciamiento del formato de horas trabajadas al mes, verificación de horas extras trabajadas al mes.
  • La asistente administrativa es la persona encargada de gestionar y documentar todos los procesos de compra adelantados al interior de la compañía.
  • Asistencia a la gerencia de la base.

Job Requirements

Educacion

Profesional en areas adminitrativas ().

• Profesional en areas adminitrativas
• Preferible en areas de Administracion de empresas, Contabilidad, Finanzas, etc 
• Debe tener al menos 2 años de experiencia en cargos administrativos
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Manejo optimo de Office 
• Tener habilidades para escribir, comunicacion verbal con clients internos y externos 
• Habilidades en Resolucion de conflictos

• Conocimiento en Compras, Contabilidad, Caja menor
• Administracion del tiempo
