Job Description

Position Summary:

Operate independently the CNC machine, milling or grinding, breakout machine and welding machines to manufacture API products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging the material in safe manner
  • Helping the machinists & welders during loading & unloading
  • Material movement as per the machine loading
  • Ensure product quality, successful and timely release of products
  • Operation of Saw Cutting Machine.
  • Phosphate of Machined connections.
  • Cleaning the threads, installation of threads protectors.
  • Segregation of material as in-coming, in-process, final inspection
  • Packing or palletizing the ready for delivery material.
  • Maintain related reports and coordinating with other dept. supervisors.
  • Attending the training as and when required & conducted.

Job Requirements

Skills and Requirements:

SSC with ITI or Diploma in mechanical background

5 Years experience in machining

• General understanding of machining.
• Basic knowledge of Engineering Drawing.
• Good health and discipline.
• Safe working practice.
• Operation of machine.
• Hard working and can work overtime based on working load
• Able to work under pressure to ensure timely completion of all tasks
• Able to coordinate with teammates

Safety Accountabilities:

  • Ensure that personal behaviors and work practices are in line with Company safety standards.
  • Responsible for safety of self and others in the vicinity to include, but not limited to, employees, vendors and guests.
  • Provide visible leadership engagement, be aware of housekeeping and take additional safety precautions to ensure no one is put at risk.
  • Do not take short cuts or unnecessary risks and actively work with others to ensure they take due care and do not put themselves or others at risk.
  • Ensure all incidents are reported and appropriately investigated in accordance with Company procedure.
  • As needed, seek advice from HSE representative.
