Position Summary

The U.S. Well Services Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the business is running to maximum productivity by managing the day to day activities of the business and its employees.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Lead the Well Construction Product Line including P&L responsibility, staff crews, oversee the store locations, develop and enforce IMS standards for operations, coordinate logistics, maintain equipment, and provide feedback to the Product Line Manager to improve the technical capabilities of our tools.
  • Support direct reports to ensure jobs are executed cost effectively and delivered on time in accordance to customer specification and quality requirements.
  • Work in compliance with and enforce the company QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for planning and organizing operations and priorities to achieve delivery of product and service to our customers.
  • Interface daily with all functional managers within the company to ensure company objectives are supported and achieved.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Position Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • College degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of US-based casing running and management experience, both conventional and automated CRT.
  • Experience opening new locations and expanding a business preferred.

Hearing, seeing ability of rapid mental coordination. It is required to be mentally alert for entire regular shift.

Work Environment

This position works inside a climate-controlled environment in the corporate office of Parker Drilling Company. Parker Drilling Company will supply adequate training and equipment to meet the functions of the job. Some travel may be required.
