How will you make a difference to PMI?

Key will be leveraging our  historical and projected marketing performance to drive the development and approval of our strategic marketing plan, collaborating with our  cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Development, Product, Customer Experience, EDA COE, etc.), as needed. You will lead, manage, and prioritize marketing team’s programs/campaigns and corresponding activities to execute marketing plans on time and on budget.

 You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the marketing team in order to drive the execution of marketing processes from awareness through acquisition. You will develop strategic planning activities and corresponding marketing campaigns in collaboration with Manager, Marketing Customer Development to actively convert and manage lead generation. You will oversee marketing team’s use of advanced analytics to monitor the execution of program/campaigns.

In conjunction with our data center of excellence will develop marketing outcomes, track marketing performance, and develop reports against established goals and objectives; recommending adjustments when it makes sense. You’ll identify market growth opportunities, customer segment trends, and relevant competitive activities that influence our marketing performance.

Job Requirements

What you  bring to the role:

•        Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advanced Degree preferred

•        Minimum 10 years of relevant digital marketing and leadership experience

•        Strong analytical and project management skills.

•        Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies

•        Experience analyzing data and determining outcomes based on the data

•        Proficient computer skills

•        Budget and cost analysis experience

•        Knowledge of social media platforms

•        Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams
