Job Description

Summary of responsibilities: Quality assurance in all departments and is designated and accountable for ensuring accuracy standard is met daily in all departments. Ensures daily/weekly/monthly reports are distributed that provide accurate measurement of work being performed in all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and follow process for measuring accuracy and/or auditing responsibilities in all departments
• Provide feedback, coaching and recommendations to continually improve work being done and ensure inventory count accuracy
• Conduct audits to ensure quality of work being performed meets/exceeds standard
• Identify ways to improve the quality of service being provided
• Identify ways to improve training
• Prepare and present daily statistical information to management staff regarding quality assurance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding department and project status.
• Review/recommend training of all staff.
• Monitor production goals
• Perform customer service silent monitoring sessions
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional requirements:
• High school diploma with previous supervisory experience (minimum 5 years -experience)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good analytical abilities
• Good, solid references required
• Effective communication with ability to provide strong coaching/feedback
• Ability to analyze data
