Job Description

Psychotherapeutic Services is seeking to fill a FT Behavioral Health Technician position for our Comprehensive Behavioral Health Outpatient Treatment program (CBHOT).  The CBHOT program serves adults who have a substance use condition, a mental illness, or a co-occurring disorder (substance use and mental illness).  Our CBHOT services are professionally directed assessment, diagnosis, treatment and recovery services provided in an organized non-residential treatment setting.  

Our BHT will assist persons served from time of admission through discharge from the Substance Use Disorder Program regarding continuity of care, including but not limited to:

*Arranging for substance use continuing treatment after discharge;

*Finding suitable housing;

*Obtaining a sponsor and home group;

*Completing/continuing education;

*Vocational training;

*Seeking employment. 

Job Requirements

* High School Diploma;

* PLUS experience serving adults with substance use/addictions disorder.

* Ability to work flexible hours is essential.
