Job Description

Psychotherapeutic Services is seeking qualified Community Living Specialists (PT & FT) to provide daily living rehabilitation and support services to adults living in supervised housing in the community and for those in our day program.

In this program PS provides a homelike setting where individuals receive support in their activities of daily living, including medication management. Services are provided according to the Individual Rehabilitation Plan, developed by the program staff in collaboration with the individual.  The CLS will:

  • Assist persons served to become independent and to encourage efforts towards recovery.
  • Perform/assist with activities of daily living (ADL) management and supervision, (cooking, cleaning, laundry, banking, transporting, or shopping, etc.)
  • Perform medication monitoring.
  • Document all interactions, observations, assessments, plans, etc. 


Job Requirements

*High School diploma or GED;

*One (1) year experience providing adult mental health services.

CNA or Medical Technician or related certified professional preferred but not required. 

Bachelor's degree in Human Services may substitute for experience.
