Job Description

Psychotherapeutic Services, Inc. has LPN vacancy (FT) for our Guilford County ACT Team in Greensboro, NC.  Our ACT Team is an evidence-based service designed for adults with serious mental illness that provides a full range of treatment, rehabilitation and support services by an interdisciplinary team in a variety of community based settings. Services include psychiatric and nursing services, assistance with housing and employment, substance abuse treatment, peer support and case management.

LPN duties include:

*Oversight of medication pursuant to physician’s orders;

*Health needs of persons served;

*Assessing somatic complaints;

*Maintaining medical records;

*Implementing orders of primary care physicians.

 

Job Requirements

*Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State of North Carolina; PLUS

*One year nursing experience required.

*Mental health experience preferred.
