Job Description

Team Leader needed to provide oversight and coordination for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in Greensboro, NC. This is a facility and community-based role. Responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, directing, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day aspects of the ACT Team. Train, mentor and supervise a multidisciplinary staff who serves persons with a variety of behavioral and mental health issues. 

Duties include:
• Ensure program remains recovery-focused;
• Oversee QA functions, as well as clinical activities and tasks;
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment; 
• Budget management and fiscal outcomes; 
• Serve as coordinator for various committees, volunteers, etc. 

Job Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a Human Services field;
• Minimum 2 years post-Master's mh/sa/dd experience; 
• Prior management /supervisory experience.
