Job Description

Team Leader is directly responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of services for Assertive Community & Intensive Support (ACIST) program that offers behavioral health, case management and psychiatric supports to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and severe and persistent mental illness.  

Coordinates, supervises and ensures that the care functions required for the program are executed in a professional and timely manner and that program staff are properly trained and motivated to ensure that the needs of the individuals served are met in a timely and clinically appropriate manner and in accordance with the applicable best practices.

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Human Services or related field; PLUS three (3) years' experience providing mental health/developmental disabilities services ; PLUS two (2) years' supervisory and/or management experience.
