Job Description

Psychotherapeutic Services of Florida, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader (FT) for our FACT Team in Stuart, FL. 

Our FACT team provides community-based treatment and support services for persons with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) or co-occurring SPMI and substance use disorders. The goals are to prevent recurrent hospitalization and incarceration; to stabilize,maintain and improve community involvement and overall quality of life, and to replace long-term dependence with consumer independence.

Duties of our Team Leader include:

1. Serves as first line supervisor for clinicians and clerical personnel;

2. Ensures team members are appropriately trained;

3. Oversees day-to-day programmatic operations and quality improvement activities;

4. Oversee the client enrollment process for the team;

4. Maintains effective collaborations with local agencies, organizations, and community groups;

5. Ensure that all reporting requirements are adhered to;

6. Responsible for budget forecasting and implementation at the discretion of the Director of FACT Programs.



Job Requirements

* Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Services or related field;

* Professional License (LMHC, LCSW or similar);

* Three (3) years' experience working as a clinician within an interdisciplinary treatment team providing mh/sa/dd services.  

* Two (2) years' supervisory experience;
