PCG is seeking highly motivated and dependable Administrative, Operational and Financial Support Assistant for the Human Services Executive team. This position will assist the Practice Area Director and Associate Practice Area Director as they manage the Practice Area and assist in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position will handle a variety of duties, including, but not limited to:

  • Administrative support tasks including scheduling, meeting logistics, timesheet and invoice processing, and signature management.
  • Reporting and analysis tasks including, assessing and developing strategies for practice area management efficiencies; development of presentation materials; and implementation of practice area administration workflow improvements.
  • Operational support tasks including supporting and participating in project teams on an ad hoc basis.
  • Proposal development tasks including coordinating proposal development, drafting proposal sections, coordinating proposal reviews and approvals.
  • Financial analysis tasks including supporting the practice area financial analyst with monthly financial reporting and ad hoc financial analysis.


Administrative, Financial and Operational Support Assistant must have –

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a professional office environment desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong customer service acumen.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work independently.
  • Ability to be self-directed and demonstrate autonomy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
