Responsibilities

• Take ownership of critical work products and project deliverables where assigned
• Participates actively in internal and external client meetings
• Researches and assists in the definition of contractual State, Federal, local and related business requirements
• Prepares external and internal project related documentation and process flows
• Creates and communicates business requirement documentation to developers
• Create test cases and performs User Acceptance Testing of project deliverables as assigned
• Use data analysis skills to research and identify solutions for implementation and post production issues
• Work closely with internal developers throughout the implementation phase to complete deliverables
• Coordinates and follows up on implementation activities, project tasks and deliverables in accordance with the project plan and schedule
• Acts as liaison between RCM and internal departments regarding implementation activities
• Other Duties as assigned



Qualifications

• Motivated self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity and desire for process-improvement
• Ability to think critically about issues, to find solutions in limited time frames required
• Exceptional analytical and data analysis skills with strong attention to detail required
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional Excel skills (pivot tables, filtering, Lookup functions, If Statements) required
• Proficiency in SQL select statements, including SQL joins and functions
• Proficiency in MS Access or SQL Server Management Studio
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to write requirements and present effectively to stakeholders at a variety of levels
• Strong 'team player' that can work in a fast-paced project environment
• Experience working with financial billing systems and payment processing preferred
• Experience in Healthcare, Medicaid systems, Health and Community Based Services Waiver Programs and/or State and Federal Government Health and Human Services Agencies preferred

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or commensurate work experience.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience with financial analysis or data analysis; project coordination experience preferred
