The Business Operations Analyst position requires a self-starter who can quickly learn our web-based technologies and support clients with a focus on quality and compliance. The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible, reliable, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Analysts work in a deadline-oriented, fast paced environment as part of a growing team consisting of consulting and operations staff.


  • Analyze, prepare and process data for multiple clients across multiple project states utilizing Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and proprietary systems designed and hosted by PCG
  • Supporting consulting staff, gather requirements from school district and state agencies to write business specifications for enhancing or modifying web-based technologies
  • Working with development and quality assurance teams, drive improvements to existing and new product development
  • Troubleshoot and drive to resolution any reported issues by school district and state agencies
  • Build reports for school districts and state agencies utilizing SAP ad hoc reporting tool
  • Conduct policy research, gathering sources and synthesizing this information into concise briefs
  • Perform high-level analysis


  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliability in accomplishing tasks within expected timeframes while ensuring end-to-end accuracy and quality with strong attention to detail
  • Able to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon current processes. Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Access and Excel. Experience with SQL a plus
  • Computer proficiency and ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
