The Operations Associate (Enrollment) will be responsible for obtaining and entering all demographic elements needed to process an employer and employee through our Web Portal. A successful candidate will acquire in-depth knowledge of the various data elements and methods used to obtain the information required to create a “Good to Go” relationship between our Clients and our employees.


The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to do the job successfully.

  • Process enrollment applications received online, through the mail, through Efax, or via Wed upload
  • Collect, enter and manage employee’s demographic information, registry check results, pay rates and tax withholding information, using our Web Portal, (the internal database system), and do so while paying attention to detail, as the accuracy of information being submitted is crucial to our success
  • Articulate to all parties, what information is required to complete the enrollment process (excellent communication skills required)
  • Respond to incoming departmental support tickets in our Web Portal, (in internal database system) to solve outstanding issues, within contract requirements
  • Perform special projects that are designed to explore ways to improve the efficiency of converting raw data delivered to Operation Associates into useful information that is used to establish the client- employee relationship

  • Minimum of 1 year of data entry; Administrative or clerical experience required
  • Must possess an ability to perform data entry, using dual monitors
  • Must have excellent accuracy and pay attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow established procedures in a timely, accurate manner
  • Must be capable of meeting time-sensitive deadlines and multi-tasking
  • Must be highly organized
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate
  • Must be process improvement oriented
  • Must have working knowledge of Windows 10 operating system and MS Office 365 (daily use of Outlook, Word, Excel and Skype)
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

Full-time employees are offered medical, dental and vision insurance on their first day of employment. PCG has a choice of two medical plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield that offer both in-network and out-of-network coverage. Staff may choose between three coverage levels. Dental Insurance is also provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield. The vision coverage is through EyeMed.

Full time Non-exempt (Hourly) employees accrue three weeks or 15 days per year (accrual 10 hours per month)
