Requirements and Day-to-Day Tasks of Position:

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, navigation and data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize work assignments
  • Ability to be flexible, innovative and work independently with minimal supervision and as a team lead
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to handle internal and external calls/inquiries
  • Previous experience in a health care, health insurance, and/or public or non-profit sectors (Preferred)
  • Previous data entry and data validation experience (Preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience (Preferred) 
Position and Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate’s Degree
  • 6 months experience in healthcare field
