Responsibilities

Overall Responsibilities:


• Directs teams of technical, professional and management staff in the successful fulfillment of IT service delivery commitments
• Provides leadership in planning and managing systems operations
• Establishes systems performance objectives and ensure service level objectives are met
• Manages IT resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands
• Works with IT peers, PMO and business leaders to develop and implement corporate IT vision and strategy to support business objectives
• Manages strategic relationships with key IT product and service vendors
• Directs risk evaluation and remediation activities across all IT operations
• Coordinates with Corporate IT services (infrastructure, network, cloud) for the successful delivery of all IT Operations
• Performs all duties in accordance with safety, security and compliance rules, regulations and best practices
• Manages and oversights of after hours maintenance support
• Manages and monitors all Environments
• Develops and drives automations for IT service provisioning
• Promotes Innovations and identify areas for improvements provisioning/supporting IT infrastructure services
• Development, enhancement and documentations of IT service provisioning/support processes



Qualifications

Required Skills:


• Exposure to Agile development process and tools (Jira)
• Hands on experience with IT Infrastructure service provisioning and management
• Familiarity with Cloud-based Solutions/Hosted IT Solutions
• Vendor management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (preferably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)

Qualifations: 

Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required
Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure provisioning and Operations, preferably working in a Hybrid DC/Cloud environment
Certification: Cisco Networking, AWS
