Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities


• Process incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, Fedex/UPS and Email)
• Coordinate shipping through UPS and FedEx
• Answer customer service line and greet walk-in clientele
• Scan, FAX and copy documents
• Electronic and hardcopy filing and organizing of various materials
• Schedule maintenance of office equipment
• Enter and review information in databases
• Compile any missing information from documents received
• Track and report on various documents
• Correspond with providers and/or members via Word and/or Email
• Update documents
• Create template documents
• Generate reports
• Proactively communicate with management regarding workload/questions
• Meet specific performance metrics
• Assist with other duties as assigned

• Pick up mail daily from Post Office



Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word and Access
  • Experience with SQL Management Studio is a plus

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant healthcare experience required
