Public Partnerships LLC, a subsidiary of Public Consulting Group supports individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses and aging adults, to remain in their homes and communities and “self” direct their own long-term home care. 

Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget.  We are appointed by states and managed healthcare organizations to better serve more of their residents and members requiring long-term care and ensure the efficient use of taxpayer funded services.

  • Enter forms and receipts or timesheets into our internet-based Portal system or accounting system, using a process that conforms within standard PPL performance metrics
  • Use manual data entry processes to ensure accuracy of information being submitted
  • Generate report in internal accounting software system, then submitting information to payroll for payment processing
  • Compiling and being able to match forms and receipts submitted by clients for auditing purposes
  • Create support tickets utilizing our internal Portal
  • Process support ticket as assigned
  • Perform special projects to explore ways to improve the efficiency of department functions

 (Other duties may be assigned as appropriate and necessary)


  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office 365 toolset, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • High data entry skills

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred

Experience: 2+ year of mail room or office management experience, preferably in a deadline driven environment
