Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant will manage complex projects and/or produce sophisticated deliverables; they hire, train and supervise staff; work independently with minimal supervision; serve as an internal consultant to other projects or product lines; play a key role in proposals and sales presentations and present at conferences. The Senior Consultant is expected to play a lead role in developing and expanding PCG's presence in Florida. They are often the primary point of contact with clients and are responsible for managing most deliverables and services. They are expected to manage the local office site as well as assist other established PCG locations in product and service delivery as appropriate.

Specific Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of a business development strategy.

Participate in writing proposals and prospecting of new clients. 

Participate in recruiting and hiring of new staff as needed, as well as performance reviews for staff. 

Develop junior level staff and provide professional development opportunities. 

Oversee staff to ensure client's needs are met. 

Manage team members in multiple office locations to complete project deliverables.

Serve as a key contact person for significant clients. 

Build relationships with key clients and prospects. 

Meet with clients regularly to update them on project status. 

Indentify opportunities to improve processes, operations, and client services. 

Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring proper staff resources are allocated to each project. 

Development and supervision of internal and external documents such as procedural and operational manuals, training presentations, guides, handbooks, and formal correspondence. 

Present at conferences, seminars, forums, trainings and meetings.

Work closely with colleagues in other regional offices to share best practices, staff projects, and accomplish shared business development goals.

Excellent business writing skills. 

Proven ability to make presentations to various audiences. 

Good judgment in completing tasks and in seeking guidance when needed. 

Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions. 

Strong skills in the areas of interpersonal communication, analysis, critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking.

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. 

Experience in the areas of information technology and finance/business operations is highly desirable. 

Previous supervisory experience required.

Other Requirements: Ability to work overtime and travel to client sites required.
