Immediate need for a talented Admin Support Clerk with experience in the Telecom Industry.This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Tampa, FL. Please review the job description below.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling designated training, meeting and offline exception codes to the Employee’s schedules.
  • Tracking attendance, identifying missed opportunities and completing ad hoc reporting.
  • Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
  • Typing in data.
  • Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Proven experience as data entry clerk.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) Ability to create and edit spreadsheets, creating pivot tables, create, macros, utilize formals and calculations, etc.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Good command of English both oral and written.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy oriented.
  • Operate a computer while sitting for long periods of time.
  • Administrative functions such as filing, emailing, mailing letters, etc.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of IEX forecasting and scheduling software.
  • Resource Management experience (Workforce).
  • Organization.
