Immediate need for a talented Administrative with experience in the HealthCare Industry. This is a 2+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Washington, DC. Please review the job description below.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The candidate is responsible for administrative functions supporting the trust and estate team in the Office of General Counsel.
  • Specifically they will open mail, scan letters, upload letters onto our website into the correct matter, coordinate the signature of documents and send out the documents, word processing and general administrative support.
  • The candidate exercises some independent judgment.
  • The candidate must have a college degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 yrs. of work experience
  • Ability to multi-task Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Proficient in spelling, grammar, and composition
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 60 WPM Ability to use the internet and online tools
