Key Responsibilities:/Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Provide Metrics and Data Analysis & Reporting support to all product teams. This includes defining and generating various reports to reflect portfolio, program, and release progress and status, as well as KPI's and Metrics.
  • Provide advanced consultation with a wide variety of stakeholders, including the organization's leadership teams, managers and staff, as well as with our Product and other partners to ensure our broad user base understands how best to leverage our metrics analysis and reports to improve overall program planning, execution and delivery.
  • In-depth understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle, Agile/Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), portfolio management processes, PMO best practices, and audit and financial reporting needs. This also requires an in-depth knowledge of how metrics and data can help improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and consistency at the team, program and organizational level a plus.
  • Evaluate, document and prioritize all business requirements for the configuration and enhancement of various tools in support of Metrics and Data Analysis and Reporting needs. This includes improving
  • data collection methods and simplifying the dissemination of information using ALM tools (VersionOne, Rally, JIRA), and any other collaboration tools we may use in the future.
  • Work actively with the Tools Administrators (as the Product Owner) to implement all custom changes and dashboards in ALM tools (VersionOne, Rally, JIRA).
  • Work actively with the Agile Coaches / Scrum Masters to increase awareness at the team and program level regarding the need for Metrics and Data Hygiene, as well as to increase the adoption of all custom changes and dashboards in ALM tools (VersionOne, Rally, and JIRA) which allow real-time visibility into overall team and program health.
  • Work actively with the Agile Coaches / Scrum Masters to evaluate and improve the content and formatting all of Metrics and Data trend analysis reports, based on a regular feedback loop from individual programs and teams.
  • Program manage all special initiatives designed to improve and/or streamline the way collaboration tools are used in support of Digital Field Technology's Metrics and Data needs.
  • Serve as a core member of the Agile COE (Agile Practices, Process and Tools) team. This includes active participation, contribution and collaboration on each aspect of the team's charter (Process Definition and Improvement, Tools Administration and Customization, Agile Coaching and Training, and Metrics and Data Analysis & Reporting).
  • Experience in directly relevant roles such as Program/Project Manager, Business/Process Analyst, Systems/Technical Analyst, Product/Systems Development Life Cycle (PDLC/SDC), Process Improvement and Re-engineering, Project Management, and/or Technology/Business Consulting.
  • Experience working in an agile environment. This includes a strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), as well as the roles Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Managers and Support teams (such as Risk/Security, Certification/Integration, Ops/DevOps, Release Management) play in an enterprise-level Scaled Agile environment.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing and reporting on Metrics and Data trends. This involves turning raw data into intelligent information, and looking for patterns that can help agile teams improve their program planning, execution and delivery while maintaining overall team health.
  • Experience in using, configuring and supporting Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as Rally and JIRA, VersionOne, etc.
  • Experience supporting development and management of products in the digital and mobile, ecommerce, payments technology and processing, and/or financial industry space.
  • Superior analytical, problem solving and trouble-shooting skills, with a proven ability to exercise sound judgment in order to solve complex issues, recognize business critical situations, and escalate as needed.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with an ability to find and resolve data inconsistencies in a timely manner.
  • Outstanding written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to create a variety of documents, dashboards and presentations suitable for technical, business, and executive audiences using a variety of tools.
  • Extremely high attention to detail with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and distill it visually and/or in crisp, clear language appropriate for a wide variety of audiences.
  • Excellent problem solving and trouble-shooting skills, with a proven ability to exercise sound judgment in order to solve complex issues, recognize business critical situations, and escalate as needed.
  • Strong facilitation, verbal communication, presentation, collaboration and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels.
  • A highly collaborative, energetic team player with demonstrated ability to be flexible, diplomatic, persistent, and energetic.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, open to change, and able to thrive in a "startup” environment within a large, established company.
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) required.
  • Strong service and technical orientation. Enjoys working with people and helping them resolve technical issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist in the development and delivery of user training in classroom and informal group or 1:1 settings.
  • BA/BS required (or equivalent experience) with degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent listener and ability to work in collaborative environments.
  • Ability to understand technical issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail and lean thinking.
  • Articulate, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
