Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Processing all client's grants, including NAMCs and across Social Innovation
  • All ad-hoc requests.
  • Invoice processing.
  • Grants administration.
  • Customer Service – Contact for Team Member issues, T4G Mailbox
  • T4G Platform – back-up support.
  • Reporting & Tracking.
  • GM calendar administration, travel & expense reports.
  • Shared Impact Management team calendar support.
  • Shared Impact P-card and facilities request/meeting support.
  • Event planning support.
  • AA or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience successfully providing support as a Group Administrative Assistant.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving orientation.
  • Effective communication skills; written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service capabilities – timely, responsive, and accurate
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven experience with full Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  •  Database management and tracking experience – for budget and account administration.
  •  Strong project administration.
  •  Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Vendor relationship management.
